Reseller Terms and Conditions

I agree to the following payment terms:

-Payment must be made in full before any orders are processed or shipped.

-Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer and GCash. Elite Package is the only package credible for credit card payment method.

-In case of any failed payments, the reseller will be notified, and the order will not be processed until the payment issue is resolved.*

I am free to set my own retail prices but should not sell the products at prices lower than the suggested retail price (SRP) set by Vegan Beauty Philippines.*

I agree to the following shipping terms:

- Shipping fees are not included in the order discount and will be charged based on the location and size of the order.

- I have the right to choose my preferred courier.*

I agree that in order to ensure that there is proper documentation in the return and exchange of products, I am encouraged to record the video while opening the package as well as photo of damaged items. The parcel is insured. Video is a requirement.*

I am responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on Vegan Beauty Philippines’ part. Products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition provided that upon receipt of the parcel.*

I agree that I will use Vegan Beauty Philippines marketing materials (such as logos, product images, and descriptions) for the purpose of promoting the products, provided that no modifications are made without prior approval. Marketing materials must be solely used for Vegan Beauty PH products.*

I agree that I must keep any confidential information shared by Vegan Beauty Philippines, Inc. (including pricing structures, product details, training materials and marketing strategies)

strictly confidential.

I agree that  Vegan Beauty Philippines, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the reseller relationship, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions.*
