Vegan Beauty PH Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Vegan Beauty PH Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in the program. Our affiliate program is managed through GoAffPro, a third-party platform for affiliate tracking, reporting, and payments.

2. Definitions

  • Affiliate: An individual or business that promotes Vegan Beauty PH products using a unique referral link provided via GoAffPro.

  • Products: Vegan Beauty PH’s plant and mineral-based beauty products.

  • Commission: Percentage-based earnings from valid sales made through the affiliate’s referral link.

  • GoAffPro: The third-party affiliate platform used to manage the program.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

  • Applicants must have an active website, social media presence, or email list relevant to Vegan Beauty PH’s products.

  • Registration is done via www.veganbeautyph.com and processed through GoAffPro.

  • There is no registration fee to join.

  • Vegan Beauty PH reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Account

  • Affiliates must create and manage their account on GoAffPro.

  • It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep their personal and payment details accurate and up to date.

  • Affiliate dashboards in GoAffPro allow tracking of referrals, commissions, and payments.

5. Commission Structure & Payments

  • Commission Rate:

    • 15% commission on sales tracked via GoAffPro.

    • Alternatively, affiliates can purchase products using their affiliate coupon code at an 15% discount (commission is effectively earned upfront in this case).

  • Commissions are credited only for completed, non-refunded, and non-fraudulent transactions.

  • Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited.

  • Payment Details:

    • Payments are processed on weekdays between 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN via GoAffPro.

    • Payment methods: PayPal or manual bank/Gcash payments (upon request).

    • No minimum payout threshold.

    • Affiliates must ensure payment details are correct; Vegan Beauty PH is not liable for failed transactions due to errors.

6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

  • Affiliates must promote products truthfully and ethically.

  • Spam, clickbait, or misleading tactics are not allowed.

  • Use only official marketing materials or those approved by Vegan Beauty PH.

  • Paid search ads using the brand’s trademarks are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

  • Affiliates are encouraged to share their referral links via social media, blogs, email, and direct messages.

7. Content & Brand Guidelines

  • All promotions must align with Vegan Beauty PH’s branding and tone.

  • Affiliates must not make exaggerated or false claims about product benefits.

  • Do not use unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked materials.

  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Reward System for Affiliates

Affiliates can earn additional product rewards based on their monthly sales performance:

  • Rewards are processed together with commission payouts.

  • Vegan Beauty PH may adjust reward tiers and criteria as needed.

9. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

  • Ensure communications and promotions respect the brand and do not mislead customers.

  • Transactions made outside the GoAffPro platform are not covered under this agreement, and Vegan Beauty PH holds no responsibility for such private dealings.

10. Termination

  • Vegan Beauty PH may terminate an affiliate’s account at any time, with or without cause.

  • Grounds for immediate termination include fraud, violation of terms, or unethical practices.

  • Affiliates may voluntarily leave the program by notifying Vegan Beauty PH in writing.

  • Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited based on the reason for termination.

11. Modifications to the Terms

  • Vegan Beauty PH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued participation after such changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Legal Disclaimer

  • Affiliates act as independent partners, not employees or representatives of Vegan Beauty PH.

  • Vegan Beauty PH is not liable for third-party disputes or damages.

  • All program terms are subject to Philippine business and tax laws.
